The short version, in writing.

Work is performed under a written quote that states scope, price, and timeline. The quote governs; these terms cover everything else. Prices are in Canadian dollars before tax.

The starting prices published on our pricing page are a floor, not a final figure. The price that binds either of us is the one in the written quote you agree to. Anything agreed in a signed quote takes precedence over this page.

Projects are invoiced per the quote. Monthly support is billed in advance and can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice.

On full payment, you own the deliverables built for you. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools and libraries, licensed to you for use in the deliverable.

We fix defects in delivered work reported within 30 days at no charge. Beyond that, our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the work in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

A review you send us is published only if we publish it, and we will take it down if you ask. We do not write reviews ourselves or publish any that were not sent to us by the person named.

These terms are governed by the laws of Prince Edward Island and the federal laws of Canada.
