By accessing and using the services provided by Anco2 Innovations ("A₂I", "we", "us", or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

A₂I provides the following services:

• Website Design & Development
• AI Automation Solutions
• AI Chatbot Development
• SEO and AI-Powered Marketing
• AI Training and Workshops

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without notice.

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Respond to requests for information in a timely manner
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Make payments according to agreed terms
• Not use our services for illegal or unauthorized purposes

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally:

• Payment schedules are outlined in project proposals
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• Refund policies are project-specific and outlined in contracts
• All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables as specified in the project agreement. A₂I retains the right to:

• Display completed work in our portfolio
• Use project case studies for marketing purposes
• Retain ownership of any proprietary tools or methodologies used

A₂I shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
